I was lucky twice on Giveaway Day, winning this vintage pattern from Ejegmama and this set of gorgeous fat quarters from Kristine at A Verb for Keeping Warm! They were waiting for me when I got home from Seattle and I felt so lucky and inspired!

Here’s a little mosaic of a few recent projects: I’ve been saving my selvedges for a year because many of them… I don’t have any pictures today (lame) but I forgot to pick an innocent crush charm pack winner this weekend. It’s #33–my friend Beth!!! I won’t even have to mail the charm pack, so it’s like I win, too! My next contest will be fun–I’ve been saving selvedges because they’re too cool to throw away,…  Time for a giveaway! I’m celebrating three things today: (1) finishing the vacation video/slideshow that I’ve spent weeks on, (2) the almost end of March [my least favorite month--winter is just too long], and (3) according to google reader I am just 5 people shy of having 200 blog followers! So it’s time to giveaway…  Ellie’s party is over, and we are returning to normal around here. That means a project to share! I made these mason jar pincushions from the tutorial in the Martha Stewart’s Sewing and Crafts book and some It’s a Hoot scraps. I think they are perfect for Edna Elizabeth! I am glad to have found… |
